SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Arqan foods collaborates with multiple courier partners for shipping across India.
Shipping is FREE on all products all across India.
Depending on the location, it takes 2-9 days to be delivered. We accept orders only from India.
Due to COVID, there might be some operational challenges in shipping of orders. Arqan foods reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We have a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a return. For exchange/return, you can contact us at info@arqanfoods.com
Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To complete your exchange/return, the invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
